Bill Baertlein Treasurer Position 1, term expires June 30, 2014
Bill is a third generation Tillamook boy. He graduated from Tillamook Catholic High School in 1969 and went on to Oregon State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. After graduation, he came back to Tillamook and worked for a local CPA firm. After earning his CPA certificate, he opened his own CPA firm in Tillamook. The firm has been in business since 1980.
Bill has served on many community boards including the YMCA as President, Marie Mills, Chamber of Commerce, Knights of Columbus as Grand Knight, Church Administrative Council, Pacific Christian School and is currently serving on the Tillamook County Pioneer Museum Board.
Bill has been married to his wife Marilyn for 22 years and they have two children attending Tillamook High School. He enjoys family time, watching the kids play sports, gardening, hunting, fishing and walking Bay Ocean Spit.

Bob Olsen
Commissioner Position 3, term expires June 30, 2015
After starting life in northern Minnesota, Bob is now a Tillamook Pioneer. He served his country during the Korean conflict with the United States Marine Corp. The GI Bill allowed him to earn a BS degree from the School of Forestry at Oregon State University. He obtained his Oregon State Professional surveyor license in 1965. He was employed for 26 years with Crown Zellerbach Corporation and is now self-employed as RJ Olsen land surveying. He also serves on the Netarts Oceanside Sanitary District Board as the Secretary.
Vice President Position 4, term expires June 30, 2013
After traveling widely until the age of 8, Jim settled in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from high school and enlisted in the Navy with plans to see the rest of the world. After serving his enlistment, including two years with the fleet Marines, he returned to Los Angeles.
Jim went to work for The Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company, where he spent the next 34 years. He had numerous assignments during his career, primarily in outside plant construction and engineering and various management positions. During this period, he attended college at night, earning an Associate Arts degree in business administration.
Upon retirement in 1991, he moved to the Tillamook area, where he pursued the second love of his life, fishing, with a vengeance.
He has been married to his wife, Verna, for 34 years. Their family consists of four sons and three daughters. They have six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Jim is a board member and vice president of Tillamook Anglers. He has been running the Elks Bingo operation for nine years and is also a member of the Eagles Club.
Georgine Beveridge Commissioner Position 5, term expires June 30, 2013
Georgine started attending the port regular meetings in 2002, and has run for elected positions on the port board twice since that time.
Born in California, Georgine's parents moved the family back to Oregon when she was two.They lived in Canby for two years before moving to Springfield, where she grew up, went to school and married.She graduated from Thurston High School and attended Lane Community College.
In Springfield, Georgine worked a number of jobs including one in a plywood mill.She, her husband, and children moved to Portland where she volunteered in the neighborhood association, the Safety & Action Team and Neighborhood Watch. She also home-schooled her son Lucas, and worked as a baker's assistant and cake decorator.Georgine's daughter went to college and she and her husband and son moved to Tillamook in 2000.
In Tillamook, Georgine started out as a baristia at Muddy Waters, where she moved on to her own house cleaning business, and then to managing The Mail Box, an authorized shipping outlet for all the major carriers.She and her husband are active in the Tillamook Pilots Association, and she is a past president of that organization.Georgine is also currently vice president of St. Peter Lutheran Church.
Finally, Georgine is the proud mother of two college graduates and a beautiful grandson, and wants everyone to know she believes them to be her greatest achievement.
