This building was originally the Naval Station's Officer Mess Hall Building and was recently purchased by the POTB from the School District.Improvements to this facility will include parking lot repairs, ADA access upgrades, new restrooms, creation of a large meeting/event room, water/waste line replacements, heating upgrades, and electrical service replacement.This project was bid on July 20, 2011 and has been awarded to Quade Commercial Construction Corporation.Construction work has started and will be complete in January 2012.
