This project is being constructed on the old Recreation Hall site and includes the construction of three (3) warehouse buildings, each totaling 18,000 square feet, for leasable tenant space.All buildings will have ground level panel truck access through coiling doors. One (1) building will have a 4-foot high loading dock for larger truck receiving.This project was bid on July 26, 2011 and a Notice of Intent to Award has been issued to Skanska USA Building for this construction.A ground breaking is being planned for the end of August with start of construction in early September.Project completion is scheduled for May of 2012.
