INDUSTRIAL PARK
 The Port of Tillamook Bay is the largest fully serviced industrial park on the Oregon Coast. With over 1600 acres zoned for industrial and airport/industrial use, a diverse array of tenants have already found the opportunity to develop from scratch, build on acres that are already paved and improved, or move into a ready to occupy building.
The Port is served by road, rail and air, with competitive schedules and easy access to the markets and venues in Portland, Oregon's largest industrial area. The Port area is located two miles south of Tillamook on U.S. Highway 101, the major coastal travel link between Washington and California. Easy connections to Portland via Highway 6, and Salem via Highway 22, are within a few miles. The Port also hosts its own airport, with twin runways, rental car service, and storage hangars. With a 5000 foot main runway, the airport is of ample size to host virtually any cargo and private jets.
And if that's not enough, the Port of Tillamook Bay also offers a host of incentives and advantages to locating tenants. And for those with larger shipping needs, the Port of Tillamook Bay also operates its own shortline railway, which runs from the middle of the park all the way to Banks, Oregon, and connections with the Union Pacific and Burlington Northern -Santa Fe railroads.
