Industrial Park

May contain: person, tarmac, road, handbag, bag, accessories, car, vehicle, transportation, and truck

The Port of Tillamook Bay is the largest fully serviced industrial park on the Oregon Coast. With some 1,600 acres zoned for industrial and airport/industrial use, a diverse array of tenants have already discovered the advantages of operating at the hub of the county’s transportation system.

The Port is served by road and air, with easy access to the markets and venues in Portland. The Port is located two miles south of Tillamook on U.S. Highway 101, the major coastal link between Washington and California. And the port is just a few minutes from State Route 6, the major highway serving east-west traffic between Portland and the coast. Highway 22, the primary route to Salem, is a short distance from Tillamook to the south. And with a 5,000-foot main runway, the Port of Tillamook Bay Airport can host virtually all cargo and private jet aircraft.

Our tenants enjoy a business-friendly, small-town environment in an area resplendent with natural beauty and a host of outdoor recreational opportunities. The Port of Tillamook Bay offers a host of incentives to tenants who choose to locate here.

Shovel-ready building sites of varying sizes are available, as well as opportunities to occupy existing office, manufacturing and storage facilities.
