Administrative Assistant Accounting Specialist
(Full-Time with Benefits)
We are seeking a reliable, organized office staff employee to join our growing special district.
Quick summary:
- At least 2 years of office, clerical, and accounting experience in A/R.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, experience with Outlook is recommended, but not required.
- Multi-tasker, fast-paced, multi-deivisional work environment.
- Answering, screening, and transferring inbound phone calls.
- Receive and direct guests and clientele.
- General clerical duties include, but not limited to: copying, faxing, filing, emailing, and mailing.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Valid driver's license, drug screening, and background check is required.
