Known as the Officers’ Mess Hall, this former Naval Air Station Tillamook building was renovated as one of the Port’s FEMA Alternate Projects. With 2,562 square feet set aside for rental space, the building now hosts a spacious lobby, kitchen facility, restored hardwood floors and ADA restrooms for all your event needs. The remaining for-lease office space is located in two separate areas: An approximate 1,248 sf. and 2,200 sf. area.

Port of Tillamook Bay is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Port of Tillamook Bay
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
